Learning & Development:

At Anu’s we work for building an environment where Learning is the ‘Presence of Mind’. Our people are encouraged to learn from what they do, it may be success or failure what matters the most is what did we reap as individuals and as an organization.  We have Knowledge Sharing sessions where seniors and experienced share their experiences and exposure with novices.

Our training initiatives focus at least 6 hours of training for all our colleagues every six month. We invite industry and domain experts for interactive programs with our teams.  We inspire our people to participate in external training programs organized by experts and further reinforce them to implement the learning.  

Performance Management System:

What we believe is that people at Anu’s are with Passion, Commitment, Learning Ability and Interpersonal Skills. What would facilitate and add on to their performance is proper Working Systems with effective monitoring mechanism for reinforcing the workability in creating Specific Measurable Results.  Anu’s performance management system aims at creating an environment where people take privilege and pleasure in performing, where our people continuously improve upon their confidence, knowledge and career. Anu’s has taken the initiative of implementing the Balance Score Card in consultation with industry experts. Some of the most complex and herculean tasks appear simple and possible when they land up into our systems. A few of our initiatives are,

  Quiet Hours is a tool which provides our people an access to time for plan their tasks and actions.

b.     Synergy Hours:

Synergy Hours is an innovative concept which attempts to address some of the high priority organizational needs. Synergy Hours is an attempt where all the departments concerned work together in synergy. The work which otherwise used to take days and weeks for planning and execution happen in few hours.

 a.    Early to come and Early to go:

Anu’s has converted its concern for its employees ‘work life balance’ into actions. The new office timings 08:00am to 05:00pm have created a scope to start the day early and to be early at home. We are energetic to start our day early in the morning and we have time to invest with family. 

Anu’s Intranet:

We have an exclusive intranet website for our workforce. It’s a place where we share our ideas, opinions, policies. We are creating Knowledge Bank on various functional aspects so that our associates save time in searching for data. All major information and internal communication are shared through it.
